Reiki Practices
Reiki is a gentle relaxation practice that balances the energy system. It supports your own energetic system
by removing blockages and/or bringing energy back into the body. This supports stress relief, relaxation and other healing modalities.
Reiki is spiritual in nature, however it is not religious — it is non-denominational and anyone can benefit from Reiki.

Intuitive Inspiration and Energy Guidance
A fun way to set intentions and focus your energy!
Using a combination of numerology and oracle, these "readings" provide you with inspiration for setting intentions, and areas to focus your attention and energy. You will learn your Personal Number, Soul Number, and your personal Year Number. The numerology is based on your name and birth date (you'll need to provide that).
Choose from classic tarot, or archetypes. Each month will have an intuitively guided 3 card spread with description. Use the information for journal prompts, introspection, or just as a way to highlight a theme for the month. All Inspiration includes a pdf emailed to you for reference!
Twelve Month Energy Inspiration - numerology plus 12 three card spreads (one for each of the next 12 months) $180
Six Month Energy Inspiration - numerology plus 6 three card spreads (one for each of the next 6 months) $120
