Class Descriptions
Please check the schedule for notations - some classes are In Studio and livestreamed at the same time, some are "live stream" or "in studio" only. The live schedule page has the most up to date information.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are signing up for a livestream class, your registration must be complete at least 15 minutes prior to class start. In Studio classes require registration at least 1 hour in advance of class start so we can have our equipment properly set up to offer the least amount of distraction. Thank you for your cooperation. In studio group classes require 1 hour notification of cancellation or your class will be forfeited.
All Levels Flow
Flowing movement , frequently based on Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation), that will move you through a series of postures to leave you rejuvenated, awakened and refreshed. All levels flow is led is such a way that beginners and advanced practitioners can each modify to their level and remain in the flow. (at the Monday morning class we may spend some time discussing the lunar and planetary influences for the week) All levels welcome.
Basic Yoga
A classic posture practice supporting strength and serenity offering modifications for the individual. While this class is appropriate for everyone, we make this class prenatal friendly, offering specific alignment suggestions for comfort and safety. Whether you are an expectant mother, or someone who simply wants a basic class, this one is for you!
Beginner Yoga
A beginner yoga class with extra alignment pointers and modifications suitable for new practitioners, those who want to get back into yoga, or more advanced practitioners who want to get back to basics. All levels welcome.
Chair Yoga
Brain, breath, ans Balance! Movements on the chair! Chair-centric yoga which exercises your body, mind, and spirit. Breathing practices, brain balancing, and yoga asana (postures) on the chair are great for any level of fitness and any age! We welcome seniors, beginners, all ages, anyone with chronic pain or arthritis, balance challenges, or anyone who just isn't comfortable getting down on the floor! All are welcome!
Flow & Let Go
Do you need to unwind from your day? This slow flow encourages you to stop, take time for YOU, and transition into your evening with a feeling of renewal. You will improve strength and flexibility, dissolve tension, and experience a deep sense of well-being long after you roll up your mat! All levels are welcome!
Gentle Yoga w/Crystal Bowls & Meditation
Enjoy the healing power of the crystal bowls coupled with gentle yoga, holding postures to help the body open to more healing. Finally, surrender into deep meditation and leave feeling serene, refreshed and rejuvenated! All levels welcome.
Healing Yoga
Spend time letting go of things that no longer serve your higher purpose! Relax, release, and renew as you move forward in your personal journey. This class incorporates posture and meditation to help you clear and heal to find your authentic self. There may be OPTIONAL gentle assists given in this class. Sage and incense are an integral part of the clearing during this class in the studio.
Morning Practice
An all levels class designed to help you transition form weekday to weekend. We create a gentler, modifiable flow to help you recover from the week and prepare for weekend activities. Our primary objective is to help you release tension and tightness before guiding you into deep relaxation. All Levels are welcome!
Restful Yoga
In this class, we will talk about the energetic influences of the moon, planets and seasons on the body, mind and spirit; using that a guide to which asanas (yoga postures), pranayama (breathing practices), relaxation and meditation techniques might be helpful in reducing stress, restoring the body and promoting restfulness and health. A deeply relaxing practice of Yoga Nidra, guided visualization, or a Reiki experience will end the class! Have a blanket, pillow and other props nearby for the best experience. All Levels are welcome!
Vinyasa
Known for its dynamic, meditative and creative sequences, vinyasa style yoga explores stillness within motion, strength within ease and wisdom within action. The basic principle of vinyasa involve linking the asanas of the breath in an evolutionary flow that empowers you to explore your full range of potential wherever you find yourself. This may be a quickly paced class.
Wake Up
A complete and balanced flow designed to increase flexibility, strengthen the body and quiet the mind. The perfect energizing way to start your day! All levels welcome.

PLEASE NOTE: Workshops each have their own pricing and refund policies. Class Cards, Birthday classes and regular class packages can NOT be used for workshop payment.
Unlimited class packages CANNOT be extended.
**PLEASE NOTE: Not all of the Blue Moon Yoga instructors lead private yoga sessions on or off site.
All sales are final — refunds are not available for class packages, store credit only. No extensions on unlimited packages.
There are no restrictions on cancelling your reservation for regular yoga classes.
Private classes, appointments and workshops/special events require 24 hour notice of cancellation to receive a refund..
Gift certificates are available in any amount and
are available online and in our studio!
Gift certificates are redeemable for yoga, workshops, massage and reiki.
